| Cancellation and No-Show Policy |
-If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that your Aesthetician may schedule another Client in your place.
-If you fail to show up, cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
-If you are sick, feeling unwell, have symptoms of COVID, are awaiting COVID test results the cancellation fee will be waived if you re-book at least 2 weeks out.

If you will be arriving more that 5 minutes late please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you but can not guarantee that you will receive the full scheduled time.
