| Cancellation and No-Show Policy |

-If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that your Aesthetician may schedule another Client in your place.

-If you fail to show up, cancel or reschedule after the 24 hours grace period before your appointment time you will lose your 50% deposit.


-If you are sick, feeling unwell, have symptoms of COVID, are awaiting COVID test results the cancellation fee will be waived if you rebook at least 2 weeks out.
